Located in Central Huron, The Collar Club is a small scale boarding and enrichment facility for dogs and cats.
Angela Lyons is actively involved in the Huron County community and has dedicated her career to working with animals. The Collar Club, established in 2019, was developed by Angela from a desire to provide dogs and cats with an enriching boarding experience, while assuring pet owners, that their family member is being well cared for.
Along with a strong understanding of pet care, Angela has also dedicated over twenty years of training and practice in small animal medicine and emergency care. Her specialties include animal rehabilitation, surgery and anesthesia. Angela’s knowledge of pet nutrition and life stage awareness and socialization, ensures your pet will receive the focused care it deserves during its stay at The Collar Club.
The Collar Club is bright and airy and offers over 1900 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The beautifully constructed building and secured grounds are adjacent the family home, shared by Angela and her husband Tim, along with their three children; Malia, Hadley and Boden….also along with a variety of pets!
Angela Lyons is a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). She remains an active member of the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT) and the Registered Veterinary Technologists and Technicians of Canada (RVTTC). Angela graduated from the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus in 2001. In 1999 she received a diploma in Animal Care Attendant at Sheridan College. Angela is Fear Free Certified.
